1. Who we are
The RSI Alerts app is operated by Pixel Dream Studio SRL (tax ID 23739038, trade register J40/6980/2008), 18 Sibiu Street, Block 813, Entrance 1, Floor 2, Apt. 26, District 6, Bucharest 061544, Romania, the data controller. Contact: contact@pixeldream.ro.
2. The short version
You don't create an account and we don't ask for your name, email or phone number. We don't show ads, sell data, or use tracking or analytics tools. We only process what the app needs to send you the alerts you set up.
3. Data we process
Anonymous app identifier: a random ID created for your installation, so your settings belong to you. Push notification token: the address your phone gives us so we can deliver notifications. Your watchlist and alert settings: coins and stocks you follow, thresholds, alert history and notes you add. Preferences: app language and the version of the Terms you accepted, with the date. Technical data: IP address and request logs created when the app talks to our servers.
4. Why we process it (legal basis)
To provide the Service you asked for: storing your settings, calculating signals and sending notifications (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To keep the Service secure and working, prevent abuse and fix errors (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To keep a record of your acceptance of the Terms (legitimate interest and legal obligations).
5. Who processes it for us
Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.): anonymous sign-in and delivery of push notifications. Hetzner Online GmbH: hosting of our servers in Germany. Market data providers (Binance, Twelve Data) receive no personal data from us: we request prices on our own behalf. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
6. How long we keep it
Your settings and alert history are kept while you use the app; you can delete alerts and watchlist entries at any time in the app. Data of installations inactive for 12 months is deleted. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days and database backups for up to 14 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Because the app is anonymous, please include the app identifier shown in the app when you write to us, so we can find your data. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
8. Payments
If paid features are offered, payments are handled by Google Play, the App Store or a payment provider shown at checkout. We don't receive or store your card details; we only receive confirmation of your purchase or subscription status.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The version date is shown at the top; important changes will also be announced in the app.
